Novartis, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, turned to Level M to improve the quality of its design-communication, including this promotional poster for the Pathways to a Cure Conference. A window into the creative: The conference was to honor Alex Matter for his Herculean research that led to Gleevec cancer targeting drug. Since hitting the "target" is a critical concept, we used the statue of Hercules in the Metropolitan Museum of Art as the model for our illustration and applied the Novartis brand palette to it.
