When New York's environmental leadership took a stand on climate change, they turned to Level M to help translate scientific concepts into a ground-breaking policy report. Level M teamed up with with HydroQual Environmental Engineers and Scientists to produce New York City's Climate Change Assessment and Action Report. The technical report was presented to Congress and led to the creation of the Mayor's Office of Sustainability.

Critical to winning this two-year contract, Level M has a solid track record of producing award-winning technical and educational materials for the public, civic leadership, and the nation's schools.
